A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD WITH 3 STOPS


January 30th, February 6th, February 20th, 10am – 1pm

ages 9 – 14

In this series we will explore culture, history, and geography through our love of cooking and eating! This series will begin with one pre-crafted workshop, and the following 2 workshops will be developed collaboratively with and among the participants.  The final workshop will include a cafe style presentation that families are invited to attend and enjoy!

January 30th, 10am – 1pm: A beginning exploration of appetizers and main meal cuisine connected to regions of the Middle East.

February 6th, 10am – 1pm: The focus will be determined by the participants during the January 30th session. This session will include time for planning and preparations.

February 20th, 10am – 1pm: The focus will be determined by the participants during the February 6th session, and will be organized around creating an international cafe that family is invited to.

***This session is vegetarian with Vegan options available.  As always, it is gluten free.  Please let us know if there are additional food allergies and restrictions that your learner is working with.

***There will be a focus on building and strengthening consensus decision making skills through this series.
